June 17, 2010

Dear Friends of Reading to Kids,

Thanks to the 1,036 kids, 398 volunteers, 149 parents, and 32 teachers and administrators who made the June Reading Clubs a success! We wish our graduating 5th graders the best as they now head off to middle school.

July marks the start of our summer reading clubs. Because fewer children are around during the summer, we have fewer volunteer spots available. Please sign up early to guarantee yourself a spot for the "Independence and Growing Up" Reading Clubs on July 10th. Click here to sign up to volunteer.

THANK YOU BLENDED EVENTS!

On Saturday June 5th, The Blended Group hosted a fabulous evening of Sushi and Sake to benefit Reading To Kids.

The night was a huge success, raising almost $1000 dollars! Special thanks goes to Viet Dao for bringing Reading to Kids and Blended Events together!
