Weekly News Update
April 10, 2007

Dear Friends of Reading to Kids,

Thanks to everyone who has signed up for the April 14th reading clubs!  Our "Environment" themed reading clubs are almost filled to capacity - a couple of spots at Gratts and Hoover have opened up due to cancellations.  Click here to sign up.

We do anticipate more cancellations before Saturday, so if you have not signed up yet for the April reading clubs but would like to attend, check our website for openings before the 3 p.m. deadline on Friday, April 13th.

Reading to Kids is also looking for volunteer Site Coordinators!  Each school has two Site Coordinators who are responsible for overseeing the operations of the reading clubs, managing everything from sign-in and breakfast setup to ensuring that the rooms, books, and volunteers are ready for the reading clubs.

Site Coordinators are critical for the success of our reading clubs and they have a lot of fun in the process!  For more information about being a Site Coordinator, please click here or contact Sarah at (310) 479-7455 or Sarah.Kolterman@readingtokids.org
