103 MORE READERS NEEDED
FOR OCT. 12TH CLUBS
Our October reading clubs are traditionally our largest of the year, so we'll need your help to recruit 103 more volunteers over the next
few weeks!
We are also in need of volunteers to be
Grade Level Coordinators,
Training Coordinators,
Check-in Helpers, and
Food Runners. Please e-mail
info@readingtokids.org if you'd like to step into any of these important roles.
If you haven't already, please join our
October 12th Facebook Event. It really helps us when you do because your friends can see you're attending the reading clubs. Help us spread the word by inviting them to join!
After you join, don't forget to go to our website and
sign up with us.
Please also email and post on your
Twitter/Facebook/Instagram/ etc. that
we need more volunteers. Be sure to tell your friends and family:
1) The reading clubs are the morning of October 12th near Downtown LA
2) Volunteers must sign up online at
www.readingtokids.org
3) The school at which you will be reading

RUNNERS NEEDED FOR MARATHON,
1/2 MARATHON, OR 5 K!

Team Reading to Kids in the 2020 Los
Angeles Marathon on Sunday,
March 8th!
We're looking for six more full marathon runners and six Charity Challenge runners (the last 13 miles of the course) to join us in one of the best marathons in the country.
If either of those distances is too daunting, you can join us in the Big 5K (that's just 3.1 miles) near Dodger Stadium the day before the marathon on Saturday, March 7, 2020.
You can

friends to encourage them to join our team!
