Dear Friends of Reading to Kids,

Reading to Kids has fall internship opportunities!

Help inspire kids with a love of reading while gaining experience in the nonprofit sector.  Our internship program gives you the opportunitiy to learn the ins and outs of running a small nonprofit while enjoying a relaxed and fun working environment.

Interns support the day-to-day operations of the office in addition to taking on individual, long-term projects. Projects include but are not limited to: community and school relations, event organizing, fundraising and grant writing, marketing, reading club operations and volunteer recruitment and coordination.

Every donation counts in Reading to Kids' Annual Fund Drive!  A donation of just $5 allows us to purchase 4 take-home prize books for the kids!

Here are some examples of how your contribution can make a difference in the lives of young readers:

A gift of $25 could buy 21 take-home prize books for kids.

A gift of $50 would cover the cost of four hardcover read aloud books donated to our partner schools' libraries.

A gift of $100 could pay for a single child's prize books from Kindergarten to Fifth Grade.

A gift of $250 would cover one month's worth of prize books for students at one school.

A gift of $500 could buy eight month's worth of prize books for parents and teachers at one school.
