June is just two days away, which means our June 8th "Friendship & Fun" reading clubs are just 9 days away. We still need 31 more volunteers, so please sign up here now!

(If you signed up for the reading clubs but can't join us, please cancel your RSVP so that another volunteer can read with us.)

Have you volunteered with us a few times recently? Then June 8th would be a great time to step into any of our vital Operations roles - all training very pleasantly provided!

Please e-mail us at info@readingtokids.org if you can volunteer for any of the following roles on June 8th:

- GLC at any school!
- Training Coordinator at any school
- Check-in Helper at any school
- Site Operations Helper at 8am at any school (your Site Coordinators need your help!

Our smaller summer reading clubs are great times to step into any of these important roles - all training pleasantly provided!

READING TO KIDS AMBASSADORS
NEEDED NEXT WEEK FOR THE FINAL
FULL WEEK OF THE SCHOOL YEAR!

Next week is the last full week of the school year! Next Thursday and Friday for an hour or two between 7:30am and 2:30pm we need your help conducting quick classroom walk-throughs to encourage kids to come to our June 8th reading clubs.

We are especially looking for volunteers who can pass out flyers to parents when school lets out at around 2:15pm next Thursday, June 6th, or Friday, June 7th.

This can be a lot of fun and we'll provide everything you need. Please reply to info@readingtokids.org or call the office at (310) 479-7455 if you can be an Ambassador for an hour or two next week!

Are you or someone you know ready to work full-time at a nonprofit where you can make a big difference? Reading to Kids is hiring a second Program Coordinator for a permanent position starting this summer!
