Synopsis: Twins Jameson and Preston were born in the land of tooth fairies. They were both fun and playful. As time went on, each twin chose a different path. Jameson became the Tooth Fairy like his parents, rewarding children for having healthy teeth, while Preston became the Dark Fairy who lost his wings and his crown and brings cavities to kids who don't brush their teeth.

•  What do you think the twin tooth fairies do?
•  What do you think it is like to be a tooth fairy? Do you think it's fun?

Vocabulary

•  cavity - a hollow place or hole

Discussion topics for during/after reading:
•  How do you take care of your teeth?
•  What happens if we don't take good care of our teeth?
•  When was the last time you lost a tooth? Did the tooth fairy give you anything?

Craft ideas:
•  Draw your teeth on a piece of a coffee filter.
•  Draw the tooth fairy on the white board on Zoom.
•  Make a card for Mother's Day - for your mother, grandmother, aunt, someone who takes care of you and looks after you.
