| Craft ideas: |

Write your own "reverso" (or use the short one in the back, "A cat without a chair: Incomplete." vs "Incomplete: A chair without a cat."). Fold a piece of paper in half, and write one part down one side, and write it the reverse "up" on the other side.

Write a few palindromes (word or sentence that reads the same forwards and backwards) on a piece of paper, e.g. level, kayak, civic, noon, wow, mom.

Make a card for Mother's Day (tomorrow, May 10)! Fold a piece of colored or white paper in half. Draw a picture, like a flower or bouquet of flowers on the front or inside.
