Synopsis:
Lady Pancake and Sir French Toast have a beautiful friendship—until they discover that there's ONLY ONE DROP of maple syrup left. Off they go, racing past the Orange Juice Fountain, skiing through Sauerkraut Peak, and reeling down the linguine. But who will enjoy the sweet taste of victory? And could working together be better than tearing each other apart?

Penguin Relay Race- Have the children partner-up. First set of partners must place a ball/cup/other item between their lower legs. First person to the finish line wins then next group has a turn. (see Pinterest for details)

*Note: These craft ideas are just suggestions.
You can use them, but you don't have to use them.

Remember, though, that the focus of your time should
not be on the development and execution of a craft;
the focus should be on the read-aloud and the
