Assign parts and make simple costumes, and re-enact the story.

Make a Silly Sally Button. Use one piece of construction paper in some shape as the background. Cut out a Sally shape from another piece of paper, and affix the Sally to the background in the center with string, a paperclip, or some other clip to allow Sally to spin around.
