Sponsors fuel the efforts of Reading to Kids to promote improved reading and learning skills in elementary school children. Financial support from foundations, corporations, and individuals allows Reading to Kids to maintain and expand the reading club program, purchase teacher-selected books for elementary school libraries in low-income communities, and fund book donations directly to children to aid them in developing their own home libraries.

Reading to Kids actively solicits funding from grants throughout the year. Donations from individuals are always welcome, and an annual fund drive is held in the latter half of each year to further solicit such funds to support the reading club program.

In addition to financial support, Reading to Kids is extremely grateful to receive pro bono legal and public relations services from some of its sponsors. Also, material donations of items such as food, office equipment, prize books, and miscellaneous reading club materials are vital to the continued success of the program and are greatly appreciated.
