Reading to Kids Volunteer Lunch
All volunteers are invited to meet in the lounge of El Cholo Restaurant
immediately after the conclusion of the Saturday reading clubs.
This is a fun and casual way to meet other volunteers. You can order
food and beverages in the lounge area. Hope to see you there!
Note: Please do not leave your cars in the school parking lots
after the reading clubs conclude. The parking lots will be locked at the
conclusion of the reading clubs.

Directions from Alta Loma Elementary School (2.3 miles)
Head (N) on Vineyard Ave. Right (E) on Saturn St. Left (NE) on West Blvd. Right (E) on Pico Blvd. Left (N) on Western.
Directions from Esperanza Elementary School (2.7 miles)
Right (S) onto Union from the parking lot exit. Right (W) on 7th Street.
Left (SW) on Alvarado. Right (W) on Olympic. Left (S) on Western.
Directions from Gratts Elementary School (3.4 miles)
When you exit the playground, turn left (E) onto 4th St. and then right (S) at Lucas.
Take Lucas to Wilshire Blvd. Right (W) on Wilshire Blvd.
Left (S) on Alvarado. Right (W) on Olympic. Left (S) on Western.
Directions from Los Angeles Elementary School (0.4 miles)
From the parking lot, go west on 12th St. to Western Ave. Turn right (N)
on Western.
Directions from MacArthur Park Elementary School (2.3 miles)
Turn right from the parking structure, and turn right (NW) onto W. 8th Street. Continue on W. 8th Street for 1.6 miles, and turn left (S) onto S. Western Ave.
Directions from Magnolia Elementary School (1.6 miles)
From the parking lot, go left (N) onto Magnolia Blvd.
Take Magnolia Blvd. to Venice Blvd. Left (W) on Venice Blvd.
Right (N) on Western.
Directions from Politi Elementary School (1.6 miles)
When you exit the parking lot, turn right (W) onto 11th St. Continue until you hit Western. Turn left (S) on Western and El Cholo is on the right.
Directions from White Elementary School (2.5 miles)
Turn left from the parking structure, and turn right (NW) onto Wilshire Blvd. Continue on Wilshire for 1.7 miles, and turn left (S) onto S. Western Ave.
