Dear Friends of Reading to Kids,
We had a terrific time at our July reading clubs this year. Always a bit smaller in the summer, it's a great time to read a terrific book, make fun crafts, and really get to know our kids. We welcomed 243 kids, 142 volunteers, 57 parents, and 12 teachers & staff!
Be sure to RSVP for our August "Movies and Books" reading clubs. This is a special month where every child receives a movie poster, there's a raffle for fun prizes, and one lucky student wins a computer at each school!

Rachael Harris will host the evening. You know her from both
Diary of a Wimpy Kid movies, The Hangover, The Soloist, and a slew of other films and TV
shows. She's super funny, and the event is sure to be a blast. We
also have a terrific line-up of comics guaranteed to make you laugh, and a
