Dear Friends of Reading to Kids,
2009 has been a wonderful year for Reading to Kids, thanks to all of our wonderful volunteers, friends, and supporters!
Over the last year, on average, 473 volunteers read to 1,175 children each month! 14,096 prize books were given away to happy children, 2,508 hardcover books were donated to our partner school libraries, and 5,210 books were given to participating parents and teachers.
Thank you all for helping to make this amazing achievement possible.
We wish you the happiest of holidays, and we look forward to seeing you at the January "New People, New Places, and New Things" Reading Clubs where we will begin another successful Reading to Kids year! SIGN UP today!

140 MORE DONORS NEEDED!
PLEASE HELP!
For 10 straight years, Reading to Kids has increased our total number of donors each and every year. Every donation, no matter the size, helps us in our fundraising efforts throughout the year by demonstrating to foundations and other large funders how much widespread support our program has in the community.
Last year we had 893 total donors. This year, we are still about 140 donors short of our goal of 894 total donors (one more than last year!). We need your help to reach our goal! If 14 people donate every day, from today until December 31, we will reach our goal!
