Salon owner Irene Vaksberg is teaming up with Reading to Kids for a book drive at her salon. From now through March 15th, she will offer a FREE HAIRCUT to anyone who brings 3 or more new children's books into her salon for Reading to Kids!
Irene has hosted book drives for us in the past and collected over 500 books for us!

FEBRUARY 14th "FRIENDSHIP" READING CLUBS
Thanks to everyone who has signed up for the February reading clubs! Our reading club spots are currently full, but we do anticipate some cancellations.
If you would like to volunteer on February 14th, keep checking the website before our RSVP deadline (3PM Friday, February 13th) to see if spaces have opened up. Further, if you have RSVP'd for the February 14th reading clubs and don't think you can make it, please cancel as soon as you can so that other volunteers can sign up in your place.
