Dear Friends of Reading to Kids,
Sign up for the May 13th Reading Clubs! Due to cancellations, we have volunteer openings at all schools. Click here to register for the May reading clubs.
The May Reading Clubs will feature a "Family" theme, and we are reading some fantastic books including Little One Step by Simon James in Kindergarten and When Zachary Beaver Came to Town by Kimberly Willis Holt in 4th grade. SPECIAL THANKS!
Reading to Kids gives special thanks to our recent donors, including the GE Foundation, IBM, and the James Irvine Foundation. Reading to Kids' work depends on the generosity of the individuals, organizations, businesses, and foundations who contribute to us. Click here for a full list of donors.
Reading to Kids also gives a special thanks to our friends at USC's Pi Beta Phi for donating the proceeds from their annual "Pi Social -- All You Can Eat Pie Event and Pie Eating Contest." Pi Beta Phi raised $1,400 through this year's event! Since 2001, they have raised $3,700 for Reading to Kids by encouraging college students to eat a lot of pie. That is definitely a fundraiser I want to attend!
