Dear Friends of Reading to Kids,
Thanks to everyone who made our February 11th Reading Clubs such a success! This month 244 volunteers each gave three hours of their time to read to 548 kids! Click here to see a list of this month's volunteers.
Our special thanks go to the administrative volunteers on-site at each school -- the Site Coordinators, Training Coordinators, Grade Level Coordinators, and Food Runners. These individuals make sure our volunteers are well-organized, well-trained, well-prepared, and well-fed! Many thanks from all of us to these unsung heroes of Reading to Kids!
MARCH READING CLUBS!
The March Reading Clubs will feature a "Positive Images of Women" theme, and we are reading some fabulous books, among them the classics Charlotte's Web by E.B. White in 4th grade and A Picture Book of Rosa Parks by David Adler in 3rd grade. Look for more information on our March books and crafts next week!
