Read on for information about three awesome Reading to Kids events, one of which is a special fundraiser for R2K -- My Fair Lady (See a musical! Raise money for Reading to Kids!).
My Fair Lady with R2K
See an amazing show and help out Reading to Kids at the same time!
From July 14-23, 2005, the Santa Monica Civic Light Opera (www.smclo.org)
is putting on a production of My Fair Lady at the newly restored Barnum Hall Theater on the campus of Santa Monica High School. The production features a 34-piece pit orchestra, including R2K volunteer, Jason Axe, on trumpet.
For every ticket sold to a friend of Reading to Kids, the Santa
Monica Civic Light Opera will donate a percentage of the ticket price to
Reading to Kids (between 20-45% depending on the number of tickets sold).
Showtimes
are:
7/14 (Thursday) 8:00 p.m. (Preview show - all tickets $15 each)

that you heard about the show from Reading to Kids.
