A quick note:

We're doing really well on RSVPs for this Saturday at Magnolia and Esperanza, but our numbers are hovering around 50% capacity at Gratts and Noble, our two Beyond the Bell schools. January is always a little light on volunteers because our great college groups are out on winter break.

We'd love to see you on Saturday so that we can keep up the high level of volunteer service we've had at Gratts and Noble for the past months. Please sign up for the January 8th Reading Clubs by clicking here to RSVP!

And one more thing: thanks are due to volunteers Jerry Tung, Helga Hung, and Carri Jolley for their help in the Reading to Kids office during their winter vacation time. Thanks to Helga and Carri, our administrative operations were much more streamlined this month, and thanks to Jerry, master technician, we have three computers to give away this Saturday!

If you've got an extra couple days of vacation, come join me in the office -- I'm lonely! :)
