UCLA BruinCorps
Reading to Kids thanks the members of UCLA BruinCorps who
volunteer at our reading clubs.
"BruinCorps is an initiative, which was launched during the
summer of 1997 to provide synergy between community service and
service learning efforts at UCLA and nationwide as part of the
AmeriCorps National Service Network. BruinCorps programs aim
to foster an ethic of lifelong service and utilize Federal
Work-study funds, state and federal grants to mobilize
college students and engage them in meaningful service."
