Synopsis: When a hungry, nearly penniless itinerant wolf decides to make a meal of some barnyard animals, he finds that they won't even look up from their books. "This is a farm for educated animals," they tell him.

Craft ideas:

  • Make a pamphlet for the Farm for Educated Animals. Include a picture of the wolf reading your favorite book.
  • Make a pair of heart- or book-shaped reading glasses featuring the words, “I Love to Read!”

*Note: These craft ideas are just suggestions. You can use them, but you don’t have to use them. You can expand upon them, or add your own twist. Remember, though, that the focus of your time should not be on the development and execution of a craft; the focus should be on the read-aloud and the enjoyment of the book!
