ISBN:
Grade Level: 3rd
Date(s) Used: May 2000
Craft ideas:
- Do a mini trial--which sibling is right? Divide into teams and
argue for each side, and act out parts of the book as you do. Which
sibling do you identify with more?
- Take a piece of paper and fold it in half. How many siblings are
in your family? On the top half of the folded paper, draw lines
from the fold down to the opening to separate boxes for each
sibling (don't for get you!). Cut these lines, but only on one
side of the fold, and only to the fold. Write each person's name
on their section, on the top tab. Flip open the first person's tab,
and draw a picture of who they are in the family, and what they are
good at. Repeat for everyone!
