Synopsis: Mama Owl goes out hunting for the night, and the three owl babies get progressively more worried and scared. When they have almost sunk into despair, mom comes home.

Craft ideas:

• Make owl masks, and use thin paper strips curled with scissors for the feathers. Re-enact the story!
• Draw a picture of you and your mom and dad, celebrating Halloween.
