Make instruments and play in a band! Volunteers, this may take some extra preparation; bring empty cans, rubber bands, beans, cups, anything to help make instruments.

Make a bookmark of a parade, or a person playing in a band. Or, make the bookmark in a shape of an instrument. It doesn't have to be an instrument that exists right now (think Dr. Seuss!)

Remember, though, that the focus of your time should
not be on the development and execution of a craft;
